3 Message Frequency
Transactional messages are sent as events occur.
Marketing and promotional messages are limited to one (1) message per week.
Messaging frequency may vary.
4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. International fees may vary. “Message and data rates may apply” appears in every disclosure.
5 Opt-In Methods

Verbal consent — staff ask:
“Do you agree to receive conversational text messages from Central Tent? Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For help, text HELP or visit www.centraltent.com. You can text STOP at any time to opt out.”
Inbound text — by texting Central Tent first, you agree to receive conversational messages with the same disclosures.
6 Opt-Out Method
Reply STOP to any Central Tent text, or contact us via https://www.centraltent.com/contact/. After we process your request, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages unless you re-enroll by replying START.

8 Service Availability & Reliability
SMS delivery depends on mobile-network coverage and device compatibility. Central Tent is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or service outages.

Our SMS channel must not be used for illegal, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized content. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of messaging privileges.
10 Privacy and Data Usage
Your phone number and related personal data are processed per our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
11 Changes to These Terms
