Commercial Products
Frame Tent equipment are commercial in nature. We sell tents primarily for commercial use.
Most setups require additional equipment, permits, and professional knowledge to install.
Once tents are purchased, they are sold without express warranty except for manufacturer defects.
Tents once setup and installed cannot be returned.
Tents have limitations such as wind loads, strength, snow load, and other environmental factors. Purchaser understands that it is their responsibility to understand local requirements before purchase.
Tents need to be maintained after setup. Guidelines vary by tent; if in doubt, local rental companies and dealers can help determine factors such as soil test load and permitted use.
We cannot provide engineered drawings and calculations.
Order Processing
We will try our best to process and ship your order on time; however, there is no guarantee on exact shipping or arrival times.
Payment Terms:
Standard terms are prepay. Credit card payment is preferred; all credit card orders require advance payment. A 3% charge applies if advance payment is not made.
If the shipment is COD, the COD fee will be added to the freight bill. Cash or cashier’s check is required.
Accounts with approved credit information on file qualify for net 30 days where applicable. If payment is not made within 60 days, we reserve the right to recall discounts and convert to full published prices.
Delinquent accounts over 30 days accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month.
Customers are responsible for all fees associated with collecting overdue payments, including attorney fees, collection fees, travel, court costs, etc.
All merchandise remains property of Central Tent until paid in full; we reserve the right to reclaim it at any time.
Taxes
Merchandise prices do not include sales and use tax.
Sales tax is added for companies in jurisdictions that require it, including some outside Georgia & Texas.
All Georgia/Texas resident sales tax is applied at the Georgia/Texas rate regardless of local rate differences.
Exempt companies must have a valid certificate of exemption on file.
Freight
Inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report missing or damaged goods to the freight representative or driver before signing.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt to report issues; we will assist but are not responsible for freight-carrier damages or losses.
Customers must file claims with the carrier; Central Tent will assist but is not liable for replacement costs or freight.
Prices do not include final-destination shipping. Please specify timing requirements; we will route economically and aim for on-time delivery.
We do not guarantee on-time arrival; consult us if you need guaranteed freight.
All shipping costs, including COD fees, are added to the invoice unless agreed in advance. If Central Tent pays freight in advance, we will collect freight charges plus handling fees.
Unless agreed otherwise, shipments originate from our Ringgold, GA warehouse.
Customers are assumed to have forklift or handling equipment; notify us in advance for special packing needs.
Quotes reflect minimum packing standards; normal freight handling may cause minor scratches or packing wear. Inform your sales rep of special requirements before ordering.
Packing List Policy
Packing lists and bills of lading are available one business day after shipment and are not included in the package.
Upon request, we can email or fax packing documents.
If you require a packing list to accompany the shipment, notify us in advance—this may delay shipping.
Returns and Warranty
All returns require prior authorization; unauthorized returns will be refused.
A 20% restocking fee applies if the return is not due to Central Tent error. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Return freight must be prepaid; we refuse freight-collect returns.
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 15 days of shipment; after that, merchandise is considered accepted.
Commercial merchandise carries no warranty against tent failures or shipping damage. Inspect shipments on arrival; we will assist in resolving damage or losses but cannot guarantee replacements.
Warranty (Replacement Parts Only)
30-Day Warranty: Replacement parts manufactured by Central Tent are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from shipment.
Scope: Seller’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement, ex-warehouse (F.O.B. origin). Buyer is responsible for all removal, access, packaging, transport, and labor costs.
Exclusions: Warranty is void if parts are repaired/altered by others, misused, neglected, or subjected to accidents. No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances is the seller liable for damage to purchaser’s property, loss of use, downtime, lost profits, goodwill, or other consequential damages.
Internet Use / Privacy
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem necessary.
We do not guarantee pricing accuracy; discrepancies will be communicated.
The website is informational; electronic acceptance via the site is not guaranteed.
