This item is for rafter mid support on 30x or 40x tents from a 6 way side to mid rafter. It is a mid rafter support to run bracing rafter on the top of the roof to support the tent top and brace roof.
For the 30x, this fitting would slide outside the 16′-1″ pole then one or two poles going to a 6 way side tees on adjacent rafters.
For the 40x, this fitting would slide outside the 21′-10.5″ pole then one or two poles going to a 6 way side tees on adjacent rafters.
